A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which SignsByStars may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Our Response to Notices

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant and may replace the removed content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that a court action has been filed.

Please be advised that filing a counter-notification may lead to legal proceedings between you and the complaining party. There may be legal consequences for false or bad faith allegations.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice at our sole discretion.
